On this day, peaceful protestors demanding a separate Uttarakhand state were brutally fired upon in Muzaffarnagar. The people of Uttarakhand had come together with hope and unity, but the administration responded with bullets and violence instead of dialogue. Many innocent agitators were martyred, several women faced atrocities, and hundreds were injured. This tragic incident shook not just Uttarakhand, but the entire nation. The Muzaffarnagar firing became a turning point \u2014 it ignited a stronger flame of revolution in every village and every home. The sacrifice of these brave martyrs gave new strength to the demand for a separate Uttarakhand.
