Dr. Uttam Chand Chandna, now 102 years old, still sits at his clinic for four hours every day. Born in 1924 in what is now Pakistan, his family moved to Dehradun just before the Partition. His father worked as a tailor, but young Uttam dreamed of becoming a doctor\u2014and fulfilled it. Once known for charging just two rupees as consultation fee, Dr. Chandna remains dedicated to his daily routine even today. Despite his age, his commitment, service, and positivity remain as strong as ever. His 75-year-old son Umesh Chandna and a longtime assistant support him at the clinic.
